Someday, this will be a real website with a live, running generator. In the meantime, here's a sample of generated courses made for #procjam 2018.
Note that these syllabi link to randomly selected content from YouTube, and use a crowdsourced semantic network to determine relationships between topics, both of which leave this generator open to creating extraordinarily offensive content. I have quickly checked the links in each of these syllabi, and they seem ok at first glance.
